MIPTV 2016 involved a redesign of the Sky Vision Catalogue. After several years using the same catalogue template, it was time to create something fresh and new.
Bold colours and clean typography was used, making use of the Sky corporate font. The focus was on large images, pulling out key points in overlapping, transparent boxes and the appropriate use of white space.
Divider pages used the curves and lines of numbers as a texture, and individual bright colours were chosen to represent each genre.
Overall the new catalogues were very well received and the premium uncoated paper provided the tactile and visual experience required to stand out from competitors.
